Diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases (syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, trichomoniasis, urogenital candidiasis, ureaplasmosis, micoplasmosis etc.) with modern guidelines. All of these infections may run symptom-free and reveal only after development of complications (prostatitis, erectile dysfunction, infertility and etc.).

There is provided examination and treatment of the following sexually transmitted viral infections: human papillomavirus, herpes simplex virus, cytomegalovirus and etc. These problems cause troubles for 45-50% of population. These viruses may cause such serious complications as permanent neurological disorders, malignant tumor, infertility. Diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases (syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, trichomoniasis, urogenital candidiasis, ureaplasmosis, mycoplasmosis, etc.) with modern guidelines. It also provides services for high risk groups (commercial female sex workers, males who have sex with males). In this group, free examination and treatment of STD is provided. The principles of work are: anonymity of registration, providing absolute confidentiality of patients, diagnosis and management of STD with observance of European and World Health Organization guidelines, psychological pre and posttest counseling, which is provided by the psychologist-consultant.

Clinical and biochemical examinations of skin and STD are conducted by the latest equipment. Diagnosing of STD is carried out by specific diagnosticums, serological and immunoenzymatic methods. Also, by means of the specific bacteriological analyzer, identification of gonococcus, trichomonas, ureaplasmas, strepto-staphylococcus and other microbes is performed. The Center carries out DNA diagnosis of infections by the method of polymerase chain reaction.

Phototherapy is a modern, absolutely harmless, clinically proved, highly effective apparatus method which has been used for many years in dermatology around the world. This department is equipped with the modern Valdman equipment (UVB 311, PUVA and UVA-1) in our clinic and conforms to all international standards. This method is used for treatment of many dermatologic diseases, such as psoriasis, parapsoriasis, atopic dermatitis, vitiligo, lichen ruber planus, pityriasis rosea, eczema, mycosis fungoides, itching dermatoses (including during HIV infections), acne, alopecia areata, ichthyosis, seborrheic dermatitis, etc.

Physiotherapist’s office – there is used modern equipment, such as: UHF (ultrahigh frequencies), ultrasound, electrophoresis, quartz, darsonvalization. They are used for treatment of the following types of diseases in dermatology: eczema, neurodermatitis, scleroderma, pyoderma, vitiligo, keloid cicatrix, herpes zoster, lichen ruber planus, acne, furuncle, carbuncle, hidradenitis, trophic ulcer, flat wart, erysipelas. In respiratory diseases: bronchitis, pneumonia. In musculoskeletal system diseases: arthrosis, arthritis, bursitis. In diseases of the nervous system: neuritis, neuralgia, ischias, plexitis.
